Airline Overhead Track System
This system has been designed to enable operators using an airline to have hose readily available in a compact and tidy manner and prevents hose lying across floors when not in use.
The track and clamps are supplied in either a galvanised, painted or bright zinc finish. To suit customer’s requirements track is available in different lengths and fixing options can be designed to help with installation. Both airline and filters are carried on free running carriages that have maintenance free roller race bearings that require minimal effort for movement.
Filter units are supplied in three different sizes with differing numbers of outlets depending on the number of garments operating from the system. Air is supplied to the filter unit via a track mounted coiled hose which is fitted directly onto the customer’s ring main.
